Most who know about Minnesota-based Ebert Construction refer to them as a “general contractor,” but this is a bit of a misnomer. In fact, the family-owned company does far more than most other “general contractor” because they have a desire to meet the definition of a “full service contractor.” There is little they can’t do, throughout the entire process of establishing and building new plants and other facilities.
Ebert Construction can build, remodel or renovate commercial buildings, of course, and do so at least as well, if not better, than every other general contractor, but they also offer far more, including construction management and basic real estate services, of course, but a whole lot more. For instance, their general brokerage services help to market the properties they develop and their real estate services can also get the best deal on a sale or lease and they can provide a cogent analysis of all available market opportunities in a way that gets clients the best deal. They can also perform financial modeling and conduct thorough market research, which means they can help develop the property to its fullest potential. Comments are closed.
