It was in 1968 when Ebert Construction was founded by Jack Ebert. At that time, he gathered a group of others to build a pole barn in his own back yard. But it didn’t take long before word about the team’s expertise in building and construction quickly spread across the Corcoran, Minnesota area. Within no time, Ebert Construction emerged as individuals called for assistance building or remodeling their own barns and other commercial buildings.
Just a few years later, in 1974, Jack’s son Greg joined the family business. He worked as a carpenter at that time, learning the trade as well as some of the business details from his father. Details about quality materials were shared as well as delivering unmatched service to customers. These became the foundations of the family-owned and -operated Ebert Construction, which were vital when Jack retired in 1987. Then, Greg became its sole owner and strived to uphold his father’s commitment to delivering quality craftmanship both on time and on budget for every customer. In the business’ first 20 years, its construction offering expanded to commercial general contracting, construction management and real estate services, which Greg was to uphold as well. By 1998, Greg’s son was hold enough to hold a broom and Markus became with the business. After years working during school vacations and college breaks, he joined the business bearing his family name later as a carpenter and field laborer. Today, Greg and Markus continue the family tradition under Ebert Construction’s long-held reputation in Minnesota. Comments are closed.
